YoungPhoto (the “Company”) establishes and discloses this Privacy Policy as follows in order to protect users’ personal information in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Act and to handle related grievances promptly and smoothly.

Article 1 (Purpose of Processing Personal Information)

① The Company processes personal information for the following purposes, and personal information being processed will not be used for purposes other than those stated below. If the purpose of use changes, the Company will take necessary measures, such as obtaining separate consent, in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Act.

The Company provides services to users aged 14 or older. If the Company becomes aware that it has collected personal information of a child under the age of 14, it will delete such information without delay.

1. Provision of goods or services

The Company processes personal information for the purpose of providing services, in-app purchases, content, advertisements, and other customized services.

2. Grievance handling

The Company processes personal information for the purposes of verifying the user’s identity, checking inquiries, contacting and notifying users for fact-finding, and notifying users of processing results.

Article 2 (Processing and Retention Period of Personal Information)

① The Company processes and retains personal information within the retention and use period prescribed by law or consented to by users when collecting personal information.

② The processing and retention periods for each type of personal information are as follows.

1. Provision of goods or services: Until the provision of goods or services is completed or service use is terminated

2. Grievance handling: Until the grievance handling is completed

However, where any of the following grounds applies, the information will be retained until the end of the applicable period.

② The Company does not provide personal information to third parties. If the Company provides personal information to a third party in the future, it will obtain the user’s consent.
